NARS – Natural Radiant Long Wear Foundation

Hi Friends, I am back with another review of my Holy grail foundation. It is the NARS Natural Radiant Longwear Foundation. I am super excited to be reviewing this foundation because I am in love with NARS. They make some of the best products such as Foundations, Concealer and let’s not forget about their Lipsticks. They are bomb dot com!

The NARS Natural Radiant Longwear Foundation is a full coverage liquid foundation. I have tried and experimented with it to get a smooth application. I would recommend using only a bit at a time. If you feel your skin isn’t flawless or completely smooth you may incorporate a primer into your routine. As for myself, I don’t use a primer. I have tried both application, with damp beauty blender and foundation brush. I like to apply the foundation with my fingers first and then blend out the foundation with the face brush. It gives me a wonderful finish. Moreover setting is also essential even if it’s a lightweight powder. The foundation comes in a clear bottle which is always awesome so you can see how much you have left. I also love that it comes with a pump, it makes my life so much easier.

They have a range of color with different undertones which is so impressive. I have tried foundations which were too yellow and some were too pink and I hated them so much, I would never be comfortable in them. However this shade of NARS (Light 4 Deauville) is a perfect match on me and I can step out of my home confidently.

Lasting power is to clap for even in the humidity in Hong Kong. You know you sweat a lot around your lip area and the T-zone, but girl this foundation will back you up. Trust me.

Right now on me it lasts all day but it’s not transfer-proof. Which means if you touch your face with your fingers or glasses/sunglasses you will see some foundation on it. It photographs really well and it goes on the skin so smoothly as long as you apply with light layers. Most importantly I didn’t experience any oxidation, which means my foundation colour didn’t turn into something ghostly after 5 minute of application. Finish of it is radiant and glowy.
